What are the items made from?

All of our fabric items are made from Avio cotton, with Oeke-tex certified inks. Some products also use cotton, polycotton or satin depending on what is needed.

Will my pattern be exactly like in the photo?

Our patterns are seamless and are printed on large pieces of fabric, this means that when pieces of your product are cut out, they may look ever so slightly different with the placements of the animals, as the pattern is designed at the right scale to not need to waste any during the cutting process.

Where can I find the sizes?

Each product has a size in the description so you can see exactly what you'll be receiving and whether those makeup essentials will fit!

Can I wash my item?

Yes, we always advise gentle washing to preserve the colour intensity of the fabric and not to tumble dry. If you iron, do so on a low heat.

Delivery

How long does it take my order to be made?

Usually, your item will be made already and just needs packaging, but on the rare occasion that it needs making from scratch, this will only be a couple of days. We aim to get orders out as fast as possible, and definitely with five working days (please note working days are Mon-Fri).

When can I expect delivery?

We send 2nd class due to the recent price increases at the post office, but have found this service to be speedy and reliable. When you get notified that your package is on it's way, we expect it to arrive within 3-4 working days, although please be aware Royal Mail delays can happen, especially around seasonal holidays.

Who will the package arrive with?

We use Royal Mail to send your parcel. if for any reason you wish to change this, get in touch when placing your order and we can see what we can do!

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return something if I change my mind?

You can! Please ensure that the tags are not removed and the items are not used. You can return your items for 30 days after your purchase.

Does it cost me anything to return?

As much as we wish we could offer free returns, unfortunately postage costs are just too high. We thrive to be affordable so policies like this help us to keep overall prices as low as we can. You will be responsible for any return postage.

Can I exchange an item for a different pattern?

Similarly to our returns policy, you will be responsible for the postage of returning the original item, and the additional postage cost to send your exchange out.

What if my item is damaged or lost?

We check all products by hand during the making and packaging, but we know mistakes can happen. Contact us immediately if you discover any damage to your parcel, we can discuss the best way forward with you. If you suspect a parcel may be lost, please get in touch, but do note that Royal Mail delivery times especially around holidays can stretch to up to two weeks before a parcel is considered lost.

If I buy something from the hedgehog collection, where does some of the money go?

We are proud to donate 5% of our hedgehog profits to the People's Trust for Endangered Species to support hedgehog conservation. You can learn more over on the blog!

If I buy something from the red squirrel collection, where does some of the money go?

We are proud to contribute 5% of our red squirrel profits to the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales to help their conservation efforts of the red squirrel. You can learn more about this over on the blog.
